Songs of The River Life concert presented by Mark Battenberg this Friday

Beach composer and guitarist Mark Battenberg will be presenting the Songs of The River of Life concert this Friday evening.

The performance is a special presentation of eclectic chamber music and will be a celebration of intricate melodies and rich harmonies.

The concert will also feature Cellist Sybil Shanahan, violinist Alex Cheung and Shakuhachi flute Master Debbie Danbrook.

The musical journey along The River of Life takes place on Friday, June 12, at Danforth Mennonite Church, 2174 Danforth Ave., starting at 7:30 p.m.

Admission is $20 or pay what you can.
