Funny for Food show at the Comedy Bar this Friday to raise funds for Daily Bread

Comedians Ron James and Ryan Belleville will be hosting the Funny for Food show in East Toronto this Friday to raise funds for The Daily Bread Food Bank.
The show takes place on the night of Friday Dec 20, at 7 p.m. at the Comedy Bar on Danforth Avenue.
All funds raised will be donated to support the Daily Bread Food Bank to help support its mission to eliminate food insecurity.
The Comedy Bar is located at 2800 Danforth Ave., just east of Dawes Road.
Daily Bread Food Bank is a Canadian charity with a stated goal of ending hunger in Toronto by collaborating with all to eliminate food insecurity and advocate for solutions to end poverty. Daily Bread distributes fresh and shelf-stable food, as well as fresh-cooked meals, to more than 200 food programs at 129 member agencies across Toronto. Its network of agencies serviced nearly three million client visits in 2023.
Ron James is a legendary Canadian comedian with 10 specials to his name, and CBC’s The Ron James Show to name but a few of his achievements. Belleville has appeared on Just for Laughs, and Comedy Central as well as the movie Going the Distance and the TV series Workin’ Moms.
