Man, 47, sought in connection with alleged assault in the Beach

Toronto police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with an investigation into an alleged assault with a weapon in the Beach.

According to police, on Monday, June 29, at approximately 12:53 a.m., officers responded to a call for an assault in the Queen Street East and Balsam Avenue area.

Police said the victim and the suspect became involved in a verbal altercation before the suspect allegedly assaulted the victim. The suspect then fled the scene.

While speaking with investigators, police said the victim disclosed a previous incident in which the same suspect allegedly assaulted them with a weapon. 

Kelly Osbourne, 47, of Toronto is wanted for assault and assault with a weapon. He is described as six-foot-five, with a slim build, long dark hair and an unshaven appearance.

An image has been released in the hopes that someone will inform police of his whereabouts.
