BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk fundraiser set for Ashbridges Bay Park this Sunday

The BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk in support of Kids Help Phone is set to take place in communities across Canada, including the Beach, on Sunday, May 3.
Toronto’s walk will take place at Ashbridges Bay Park beginning at 10 a.m. It’s a five-kilometre walk that raises money to make sure Kids Help Phone remains accessible for the children who need it.
Mental Health Week takes place every year at the start of May, and Kids Help Phone has been a 24/7, free and confidential space for young people in need since 1989.
Those taking part in the BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk event can do so in person or viturally and can register as a part of a team or individually to fundraise. To register, please go to https://kidshelpphone.akaraisin.com/ui/Walksokidscantalk2026/pledge/registration/start
Locally, those taking part in person are asked to gather at Ashbridges Bay Park, 1561 Lakeshore Blvd E., in advance of the 10 a.m. start time on Sunday. Arriving early is recommended so participants can fully experience the range of activities before the walking starts.
