Toronto police have charged three men in connection with an ongoing fraud investigation related to an alleged home renovation and financing scam.

According to police, three men were operating a business in the Greater Toronto Area between March 8, 2024, and March 27, 2025, under the names Kabe Home Improvements, Sen Financial, Space Inc., Entire Smart Home Inc., and Eastwood Construction.

The suspects allegedly offered two Toronto residents home renovation services during that time, police said. The two residents were then allegedly coached on how to get a mortgage on their homes to pay for the renovations, police alleged.

Bank drafts were then allegedly collected from these residents by the suspects, who police alleged had not intention of completing the home renovations.

Police said the financial losses of the victims was a combined $296,000.

Facing charges of fraud over $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime are Blake Eastwood, 30, of Vaughan; Blair Eastwood, 30, of Brampton; and Jude Eastwood, 35, of Brampton.

In a news release issued on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 24, police said they believe there are more victims and are encouraging anyone who may be a victim to contact police.
