Fearless Meat’s Good Friday fundraiser for Beach Metro Community News taking place today on Kingston Road

Fearless Meat on Kingston Road helped raise $999.70 for Beach Metro Community News during its fundraiser last year. This year’s fundraiser takes place on Friday, April 18.

Fearless Meat on Kingston Road will hold its fourth annual fundraiser in support of Beach Metro Community News today – Good Friday.

On April 18, Fearless Meat will be donating all proceeds from the sale of its regular size Breakfast Peameal Bacon, St. Lawrence Market Style Sandwiches, priced at $3.99, to Beach Metro Community News.

“Beach Metro News is a most important part of our Beach community,” said Fearless Meat owner David Brown of his continued support of the paper.

Beach Metro Community News is a non-profit community newspaper run by a volunteer Board of Directors. Established in 1972, the paper is currently holding a fundraising drive, and is asking for the support of residents to keep local journalism strong in the community.

Fearless Meat is located at 884 Kingston Rd., and will be open from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, April 18.
