Deja Views: A look alongside Greenwood Racetrack in the 1950s

The viewpoint of the photograph above, taken sometime in the 1950s, is west looking along Queen Street East by Rainsford Road. The Greenwood Racetrack can be seen on the left side of the image.

The scene compared to today is desolate, with probably more horses running around the track than vehicles on Queen Street East approaching Woodbine Avenue.
