If you are a young adult who was born and raised in the Beach, chances are your parents purchased you an outfit from Hobbit Town, a popular children’s wear store that was uniquely set back from the street. This cove-like area was a great place to meet or wait for the streetcar. It was located on the sunny side of Queen Street East, just east of Wineva.
