Screening of the inspiring and heartwarming documentary “The Impossible Swim” (2018) about 16-year old Maya Farrell’s quest to swim across the widest part of Lake Ontario, to be followed by a panel with one of the film’s directors Larry Weinstein, as well as the star of the film Maya herself, and fellow marathon swimmer and Beaches resident Lev Goldberg (first trans person to swim across Lake Ontario)!
This event will be a fundraiser for Lev’s 55km Lake Huron swim this August, which is in support of LGBT Youthline
