Man sought in connection with alleged break-in at East Toronto business

Toronto police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man wanted in connection with an investigation into an alleged break-in at an East Toronto business earlier this week.
Police were called to the area of Eastern Avenue and Leslie Street at approximately 8 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, for a reported break-in at a business.
According to police, a man allegedly forced entry into the business at approximately 10 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17.
The man allegedly damaged a cash register, took money from inside of it, and also stole a debit machine, said police.
The man then fled the area. He is described as white, wearing a blue hooded jacket, dark pants, and black running shoes with white soles.
Police have released an image of the suspect in the hopes that someone can identify him.
