Village Wonderland holiday celebration set for this Sunday at Variety Village in southwest Scarborough

Community residents are invited to Variety Village’s Wonderland holiday event this Sunday.

Located at 3701 Danforth Ave. in southwest Scarborough, Variety Village is an inclusive fitness, recreation and community hub that has been offering accessible opportunities and programs for all ages and abilities for almost 70 years.

The Village Wonderland event will take place on Sunday, Dec. 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature festive fun, live entertainment,  mini-train rides around the running track in the field house, inflatables, activities, storytime for kids, a holiday market with treats and treasures, and a chance for photos with Santa Claus.

The event is a fundraiser in support of Variety Village programs and there is an admission fee of $20 per person, or $50 per family. Parking for the event is free.
