In Photos: Beach BIA hosts Halloween on Queen fun
The Beach BIA’s Halloween on Queen celebrations took place on the afternoon of Saturday, Oct. 31.
There was a Costume Parade for kids along Queen Street East from Ivan Forrest Gardens to Kew Gardens, treats, and activities for those taking part.
The weather was warm and sunny, and lots of kids, parents and pets took part in the fun.
