Hello Neighbours,

I’m Maria Voutsinas and I’m running to be your City Councillor here in Ward 14 Toronto-Danforth.

I raised my family here and I love the diversity, cultures and small businesses that make our community feel like home. Like you, I have watched our city change. The cost of living keeps rising. Road congestion. Concerns about safety. I want to help find solutions we can all live with.

For over 20 years I have served as Executive Director of the National Ethnic Press and Media Council of Canada. From my office at City Hall, I have worked with all levels of government to ensure voices in diverse communities are heard. I know how the system works and how to turn advocacy into action.

I will be knocking on doors across Toronto-Danforth, listening to what matters to you and working to earn your support.

Let’s build a safer, more affordable and more liveable community together
