Man charged in alleged sexual assault involving female victim under the age of 16

A Toronto man is facing charges in connection to a sexual assault investigation involving a female youth.
According to police, officers responded to a call for unknown trouble in the Broadview Avenue and Danforth Avenue area on Friday, July 3. Following this call, police opened an investigation into an alleged sexual assault.
Police alleged a man met the victim through social media in 2024. Between 2024 and July 2026, police said the youth was allegedly physically and sexually assaulted on multiple occasions.
Dale Jeisman, 39, of Toronto was arrested and charged with sexual interference with a person under the age of 16, two counts of assault, two counts of sexual assault, and assault by choking.
Investigators believe there may be more victims and are urging anyone with information to come forward. An image of Jeisman has been released by police.

Jeisman has been employed as a chef at a school in the Don Mills Road and Lawrence Avenue East area, and has also been employed as summer camp counsellor in the Lawrence Avenue West and Dufferin Street area.
