East York Skate hosted by Councillor Bradford set for afternoon of Saturday, March 14

Winter isn’t over yet, and those looking to strap on the blades and hit the ice are invited to the East York Skate this Saturday afternoon.

Taking place at the East York Memorial Arena, the free event is hosted by Beaches-East York Councillor Brad Bradford.

“Come out for a skate, grab a hot chocolate, and let me know what’s on your mind,” said Bradford in a note to local residents about this Saturday’s skating party.

“I always appreciate the chance to connect with neighbours and hear what matters most to you. Everyone is welcome. Bring your friends and family!”

The East York Skate takes place on Saturday, March 14, from 3 to 5 p.m.

The East York Memorial Arena is located at 888 Cosburn Ave., one block east of Woodbine Avenue.
