Man, 45, charged after allegedly distributing inappropriate papers to children in Withrow Park
A 45-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an incident late last year in which a man had allegedly distributed papers containing sexual and other inappropriate messages to children in Withrow Park.
The incident took place on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, in the area of the park near Danforth and Logan avenues.
On Tuesday, Jan. 6, police issued a news release saying Andrei Chiose, 45, of Toronto had been arrested and charged.
He is charged with nine counts of criminal harassment, nine counts of import/sell/distribute, etc…child sexual abuse and exploitation material, and breach of probation.
He appeared in court on the morning of Monday, Jan. 5.
