Police seek man who allegedly distributed papers with sexual and ‘inappropriate messaging’ to children in Withrow Park

Toronto police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man being sought in connection with an investigation into a suspicious incident last week in the Withrow Park area.
On Thursday, Dec. 18, police to the park located in the Logan Avenue and Danforth Avenue area.
According to police, a man in the park allegedly distributed papers containing sexual and other inappropriate messaging to children who were in the park.
The man then left the park area and parents of the children contacted police.
The man is described as male, six-feet tall, 30 to 40 years old, with a thin build, and a short brown beard. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket and a black and grey cross-body bag.
Police have released images of the man in the hopes that someone can identify him.
