Prowler in the Queen Street East and Broadview Avenue area sought by police

Toronto police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in prowl by night investigation in the Queen Street East and Broadview Avenue area.

According to police, on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at approximately 5:45 a.m. officers responded to reports of a prowler in the Queen Street East and Broadview Avenue area. Police said a man was observed allegedly prowling in the backyard of a private residence, before fleeing the scene.

Police are asking for help in identifying the suspect. 

The suspect is described as a white, 30-40 years old and approximately six feet tall with a medium build. He was wearing a yellow reflective rain jacket, black pants, carrying a light-coloured hiking-style backpack, and a face mask.

Police have released a photo in the hopes that someone will be able to identify him.

Toronto police are looking to identify this man in connection with an investigation into a prowl by night incident in the Queen Street East and Broadview Avenue area on Oct. 26.
