Community meeting on plan for 12-storey building on Woodbine south of Kingston Road to take place tonight.

A virtual community meeting on a proposal to build a 12-storey building on Woodbine Avenue just south of Kingston Road is slated for tonight.

The Tuesday, Oct. 21, online meeting regarding the property at 419-525 Woodbine Ave. will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Community members wishing to attend can do so by following the instructions on the city website at https://www.toronto.ca/community-people/get-involved/public-consultations/city-planning-consultations/

Tonight’s meeting will discuss and provide information on the proposal to build a 12-storey residential building with 137 residential units on the property on the east side of Woodbine Avenue. Of the units proposed, 11 of them will be rental replacements for tenants presently living in the building located on the site.

The proposal for 419-425 Woodbine Ave. will also include 66 square metres of commercial space at grade, and provide 124 vehicle parking spots and 124 bicycle parking spots.
