Residents invited to Summer Pool Day hosted by Beaches-East York Councillor Bradford this afternoon at Summerville pools

Local residents are invited to get cool in the pool this Saturday.

Beaches-East York Councillor Brad Bradford will be hosting his Summer Pool Day on Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Donald D. Summerville pools at the foot of Woodbine Avenue, just north of the Boardwalk.

The event will take place from 2 to 4 p.m.

Along with a chance for residents to take a swim and beat the heat, Saturday’s event will also feature snacks, balloons, stickers and to show community spirit.
