Woman seriously injured after stabbing near Danforth and Greenwood avenues last night

Toronto police are investigating after a woman suffered life-threatening injuries in a stabbing near Danforth and Greenwood avenues last night.

According to a Toronto police post on X (formerly Twitter), the adult female victim walked to hospital herself for treatment.

The incident happened at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, police said.

At this time, police had not released any further information on the circumstances surrounding the stabbing or any suspect description(s).
