Book launch celebration Your Highest Self, featuring local writers, set for Nov. 24 on Danforth Avenue

Clare Mitchell is set to host a launch party for her co-authored book Your Highest Self on Sunday, Nov 24, in East Toronto.
The celebration will take place at Headshots Cafe Studio, 2186 Danforth Ave. just east of Woodbine Avenue, from 3 to 5 p.m.
“This is a must-read book for busy people looking to live the best version of themselves,” said Mitchell of the book that uses the transformational and inspiring journeys of 20 experts in the health and wellness space as it answers the questions of what does it look like to live life as your highest self.
Along with Mitchell, other writers whose stories are featured in the book include Lianne Kim, Tanya Bay, Natalie Boese, Dr. Olivia Chu Yau, Daniela De Abreu, Julia Donnelly O’Neill, Tiomi Gao, Lynn Harrison, Jocelyn Hill, Ania Humphries, Nausheen Husain, Janice McCullough, Andrea Mourad, Maria Munoz, Natacha Pennycooke, Kerry Rizzo, Sophie Shay, Cristina Tahoces and Dr. Stacey Thomas.
The book also includes practical tools for overcoming obstacles, boosting mental clarity, and nurturing self-compassion steps.
