Scarborough Philharmonic Orchestra concert to celebrate Autumn Colours on Saturday night

The Scarborough Philharmonic Orchestra (SPO) continues its 45th anniversary subscription series with a concert on the night of Saturday, Nov. 2.
The full orchestra concert is titled Autumn Colours, and will take place at the Scarborough Salvation Army Citadel (2021 Lawrence Ave. E.) from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Beethoven’s much loved Triple Concerto will be performed by guest soloists Jacob Clewell (violin), Christopher Hwang (cello) and Sasha Bult-Ito (piano) alongside the Scarborough Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Ronald Royer.
The Nov. 2 concert program will also include Beethoven’s Egmont Overture, Op 84a, Canadian composer John S. Gray’s Introduction and Autumn Prelude, and Zoltán Kodály’s Dances of Galanta.
