Electric Island music festival at Woodbine Park on Friday, Aug. 9, and Saturday, Aug. 10
The Electric Island electronic, house and techno music festival is set to take place at Woodbine Park on Friday, Aug. 9, and Saturday, Aug. 10.
The festival will run both days at Woodbine Park (1695 Queen St. E.) from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
This will be the 12th edition of Electric Island, which along with Woodbine Park has also hosted festivals on the Toronto islands and Ontario Place over the years. Electric Island celebrates house, techno and electronic music.
The lineup for Aug. 9 features Hot Since 82, Cloonee, Dombresky, Tyler Hill and Barroness on Stage One; and Anna, Azzecca, HNTR, Gem, and Koki on Stage Two.
The lineup for Aug. 10 features Sara Landry, TDJ, AK Sports, Young Teesch, and Sara Simms on Stage One; and Yotto, Kyle Watson, Popof, Jenner, and Christian Zero on Stage Two.
Those planning on attending must have tickets and should note that Electric Island is a 19-and-older event requiring valid identification of proof of age.
