Halloween on Queen scares up killer costumes

Judges had a tough job at the first-ever Halloween on Queen costume contest, held on Oct. 31 by the Ivan Forrest Gardens. Hosted by the Beach Village BIA, the contest saw prizes from local merchants go to winners in the adult, kids, pet and group costume categories.
