This photograph was taken prior to the construction of an apartment complex in 1989 on the northeast corner of Main Street and Kingston Road. The boarded-up house was formerly a tattoo parlour. Today, it is the seniors wing of the Norm Houghton building, owned and operated by Neighbourhood Link Support Services.
