DESCRIPTION:Operation VetBuild is a Royal Canadian Legion peer-to-peer program by veterans for veterans and includes RCMP and allied veterans\, run by the RCL’s BSO/OSI Special Section\, with an objective to help improve mental health through hobby and in this case\, model building. Free to veterans. No experience is necessary! All materials are supplied.
