DESCRIPTION:Join Councillor Paula Fletcher and Public School Trustee Sara Ehrhardt for the Dieppe Park Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday\, December 5th\, starting at 5:30 p.m. \nCome for a skate\, hot chocolate and plenty of festive cheer as we celebrate the beginning of the holiday season in East York! \nWe’ll also be collecting non-perishable food items in support of the Bethany Baptist Church Food Bank. \nThe City of Toronto’s Skate Lending Library will also be at the Dieppe Park Ice Trail on Friday\, December 5th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. \nThe Skate Lending Library is a mobile truck that brings free ice skates and helmet rentals to outdoor rinks in Toronto. \nSkate aids that help with balancing on the ice while learning how to skate will also be available.
