
Toronto police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver of vehicle who allegedly followed a teenage girl who was walking to school in the Main Street and Kingston Road earlier this week.
On Wednesday May 24, police were called to the area for a report of a suspicious incident.
According to police, a 16-year-old girl who was walking to school when she was approached by a man driving a black Dodge Charger. Police said the driver asked the girl for her phone number and Instagram information. The man then continued to follow the girl while driving his vehicle, police said.
The man is described as 20 years to 30 years old, with dark short hair, short full beard, dark eyes, possibly wearing a dark blue hoodie and may speak with a slight accent, police said.
The vehicle is described as newer model Dodge Charger, black, four-door sedan, with tinted windows, possibly tinted license plate cover, and chrome rims. The vehicle appears to be very clean, police said.
An image of the vehicle has been released and police are hoping anyone with information on the car’s owner or the person driving it on May 24 will contact them.
