
Toronto police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man being sought in connection with an alleged sexual assault in the area of Dundas Street East and Broadview Avenue yesterday afternoon.
According to police, a woman was in the area just west of Dundas Street East and Broadview Avenue at approximately 12:38 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, when she was approached by a man. Police allege the man stood behind the woman and sexually assaulted her.
The man was last seen running west on Dundas Street East towards and then over the bridge that crosses the Don Valley Parkway.
He was wearing a maroon sweater with a grey hooded sweatshirt underneath, dark plaid pants, white socks, and blue denim canvass shoes.
A image of the man being sought by police has been released in hopes that he can be identified.

UPDATE: Police announced on the morning of Monday, May 15, that Odainne Trujillo, 27, of Toronto, had been arrested in connection with the above incident. He has been charged with sexual assault, two counts of assault with intent to resist arrest, and two counts of failing to comply with probation.
