As our readership can attest, the subject matter in Deja Views usually deals with local history in an inanimate perspective.
For this back to school issue, I asked Jon, Beach Metro’s editor, if it would be possible to submit something a little more personal.
With his positive response, I would like to share with you something that’s a bit of a departure for this column – the coming of age of my son Michael.
These were taken on his first day at school at Malvern Collegiate each year for grades 9 through 12. I have been truly blessed.
