Yellow House Gallery is hosting artist Eva Lewarne for the month of June.

Lewarne’s paintings cover everything from figurative work to atmospheric landscapes. The show is called Ordinary Magic. The artist, originally from Poland, now calls Toronto home. Her expressive paintings have been exhibited locally as well as in Toronto and throughout Europe.

Gerrard Art Space is hosting The Pride Show until June 22.

The show features work from Evan Kelemen, Philip Hare, Mathew Fierke, John Alexander, Sophia Yeung, Niamh Malcolm and Ethel Shoul.

Gerrard Art Space is at 1390 Gerrard St. E., between Coxwell and Greenwood.

 

 

Artisans at Work is hosting the Square Foot Show for the month of June.

The work on display covers a wide variety of themes, mediums and content, the only constraint for the show being the size of the work. Artists taking part include Jessica Caissie, Lindsay Veh, Sobo, Mel Coleman, Nancy Jones, David Edwards and Patricia Martin.

Artisans At Work also hosts numerous classes, workshops and life drawing sessions most days of the week. For full listings of classes, courses and opportunities drop by at 2170 Danforth Ave., just west of Woodbine.
