Mother’s Day Tea_6332-2

December 17, 2013

Rotarian James Green serves Mother's Day tea to Marilyn Pepper, centre, and her mother Barbara, right, at the Gardener's Cottage in Kew Gardens on Saturday, May 11. This year's Mother's Day Tea went ahead with special provisions: the second floor was closed to the public, and mobile washrooms were set up outside. Members of the Kew Cottage advisory council have sent a letter to Toronto Fire Services asking whether community events might continue at the cottage with special event permits. PHOTO: Andrew Hudson
