Gotta love the face painting job on Lyra Howland, 2, by entertainer “Jelly Belly”. The annual Kingston Road Fall Fest took place Oct. 13 and it attracted numerous visitors despite the ongoing construction that has crippled a stretch of Kingston Road from Malvern to Victoria Park.
